there's a quality added to your words because of your mis-spelling... or mis-spelling may not be right but mis-use of letters sometimes. there's a quality that only a non-native speaker of a language possesses, the combination of verbs more concise and clever than a trained speaker could concoct...
thank you.

I am sorry you have to go through all that pain.
but you are strong, because Ber loves you.

I guess, everything will be different for me to when i go back home
after 6 years of exile.
I had a dream that i am in croatia, floating around like i am in Marc
Chagall painting,
crying and laughing at the same time, and hearing familiar language
all around me, not just in my head.
...so, i can relate to your last poems, and i thank you for writing them
*
I find your poetry gentle and powerful at the same time
pleasure to read

Amazing how Kicking Buckets can apply to so many people that we know...
Great stuff Eli. Having a hard time with the Hebrew though.

Dear Eli,
Yet again your poems "kick me in the stomach". I'm reading a book about positive psychology and the meaning of happiness and it's exactly how you describe it. I was extremely moved by "saved by the Ber", it made me remember the story so vividly and how you can be so creative and find strength in the most difficult times (btw I found it also in other poems)
A stretch question: when am I going to be invited for a " reading event" ?
*
i don't know about other 26 people from your mail list,
but for me it's pure pleasure to read anything you write.
*
I am so happy for you!
You have find your princess!
Just please make sure, that this one is mentally stable:)
*
again, I love every one of your poems from The Days After
I can relate to Missing Emotions and Feelings. I guess everybody can.
and Albert Magnus is very interesting. You should write novel about him.
Wasn't he a german dominican who wrote a commentary on Euclid's Elements.
I guess not:)
...and of course, After the storm is my favorite!
thanks a lot, i feel privileged and honored
